Rubesco Rubesco is made from similar grape varieties as Chianti. Rubesco is a blend of mostly Sangiovese with Canaiolo. Rubesco has a bit more body then Chianti and can have aromas of violets and berries. Rubesco is a dark red wine which is food-friendly and compatible with a range of fare.
